Octavio (Bobby) Peralta, CPAE, is the Founder and Volunteer CEO of the Philippine Council of Associations and Association Executives (PCAAE), the country's leading organization dedicated to advancing excellence in association management. With over 35 years of leadership experience, he previously served as Secretary General of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP) and Executive Director of the UN Global Compact Network Philippines. A Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Bobby also serves on the Philippine Tourism Promotions Board's MICE Advisory Council, co-hosts the PCAAE's Association Matters podcast, and writes the Association World column for the BusinessMirror, where he champions stronger, more innovative, and sustainable associations.
