Minjia Yang
Head of Sustainable Finance, International WELL Building Institute (IWBI)
Minjia Yang is Head of Sustainable Finance at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), where she leads initiatives advancing social sustainability across global investment and regulatory landscapes. Prior to joining IWBI, Minjia worked with Delos, a wellness technology leader, to establish more than 10 subsidiaries and joint ventures, and to launch Asia’s first venture capital fund focused on wellness technology for the built environment.
Minjia has served on the Urban Land Institute New York Housing Council, the World Economic Forum Green Buildings Consortium, Drexel University’s Dual Mission Consortium, and Mercy University’s Women in Leadership Advisory Board. She is a recipient of the 2024 Global 50 Women in Sustainability Award from SustainabilityX Magazine.
A SID senior accredited director, Veronica is a specialist mediator appointed by the Singapore International Mediation Centre, and has served on the GRI Advisory Board in Singapore, and the Income Tax Review Board.
Veronica holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) from the National University of Singapore.
