Jayne MacDougall is the Executive Director of the Phuket Hotels Association, a non-profit collective of more than 114 member hotels committed to environmental sustainability, community empowerment, and positioning Phuket as a world-class destination. Appointed in 2023, Jayne brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality, sustainability, health and safety, and risk management. She is the organiser of PHAB, the Association's flagship scholarship fundraising initiative, and PHIST, Asia's leading sustainability learning event for tourism and hospitality. Passionate about collaboration, Jayne drives initiatives that create lasting benefits for hotels, local communities, and the future of tourism.
