Dr. Justin Matthew Pang is the Senior Program Manager - Tourism and Hospitality Management at RMIT University. He is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE, and serves as a Director-at-Large of the International Society of Travel and Tourism Educators. He holds multiple masters and doctoral degrees from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas; Aalto University; Griffith University; and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. A GMP graduate and Lifetime Member of the Cornell Hotel Society, he also holds several professional hospitality certifications. Before academia, Dr. Pang spent over a decade in leadership roles with renowned hotel brands across Singapore, the UK, Australia, and the Caribbean. He has received industry, national, and university awards recognizing his contributions to productivity, service excellence, and teaching.
