
Chompan Kulnides is Chief Sustainability Officer at Minor International PCL (MINT), where she leads the development of company’s sustainability strategy, targets, governance, and reporting in alignment with business priorities, stakeholder expectations, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Prior to joining Minor in 2005, she worked as a management consultant with Accenture and Kearney. During her tenure at Minor, she has held investment, finance, and sustainability leadership roles across the group. Chompan holds a BBA from Thammasat University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
