
Ailynn Seah is CEO and Principal Consultant of The Lumiere Consultancy, a Singapore-based sustainability consultancy specialising in the hospitality, travel, and MICE industry. She advises a diverse client portfolio—from tour companies and MICE agencies to global hotel brands such as IHG, Marriott, Hilton, and Accor, as well as regional hotel brands and flagship properties on internationally recognised sustainability certifications and carbon neutral roadmaps. With over 20 years of leadership in hospitality and MICE, she previously held senior roles at Marina Bay Sands, Hilton, and Mandarin Group, where she led impactful sustainability initiatives.
A recognised sustainability advocate and industry thought leader, she moderates, speaks, and serves on judging panels, and advances women’s empowerment through mentorship, capacity building initiatives and leadership development programmes such as YWLC (Young Women Leadership Connect), advancing woman leadership and confidence development.
