Ade Noerwenda is a hospitality leadership advisor with more than 30 years of experience in leadership, service excellence, and sustainable business transformation. She holds a Master of Management in Sustainability and previously led Career & Sustainability for Accor Hotels across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. She also served as Chairperson of the Accor Foundation Indonesia, leading community initiatives that connected business with social impact.
As Director of Operations for Ashley Hotel Group, she embedded community development into business practices, demonstrating how sustainability can create value for both communities and business.
Today, as Founder of AMAI Leadership Advisory and author of The Art of Caring Leadership, she helps organizations build caring leadership, strengthen organizational culture, and create long-term sustainable value.
